Agreement to Terms

By using our website or placing an order with IBNEJAN™, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Order Placement

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers will be notified if an order cannot be processed.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in PKR and include applicable taxes where relevant. We accept credit and debit card payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only on request and approval. Payment must be completed before order processing unless COD is approved.

Delivery

Orders are delivered across Pakistan within 3–7 working days depending on location. Delivery is free for orders above PKR 5,000; otherwise, delivery charges apply as shown at checkout. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies. Eligible cases include damaged, defective, or incorrect items. All refunds are processed as per the terms defined in our Refund Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order details including address, phone number, and email. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Limitations of Liability

IBNEJAN™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of data, income, or usage. Minor variations in color, design, or appearance may occur due to screen differences and are not considered defects.
