We try to display product colors accurately, but actual colors depend on your screen and we cannot guarantee accuracy. All items are subject to availability. If a product you ordered is not available, we will inform you and may offer an alternative product of equal or higher quality, otherwise the order will be canceled.
Completing the checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Acceptance will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) you ordered. We will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your order. If we cannot supply the product you ordered, we will not process your order and will notify you. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of unavailability of product, incorrectly listed price, or any other information.
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers will be notified if an order cannot be processed.
All prices are displayed in PKR and include applicable taxes where relevant. We accept credit and debit card payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only on request and approval. Payment must be completed before order processing unless COD is approved.
Orders are delivered across Pakistan within 3–7 working days depending on location. Delivery is free for orders above PKR 5,000; otherwise, delivery charges apply as shown at checkout. Delivery charges are non-refundable. We will deliver to the address indicated by you. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We reserve the right to cancel your purchase if nobody is available to sign for receipt. You bear the risk for the products once delivery is completed. We reserve the right to split delivery if part of your order is delayed or unavailable. You will be notified and will not be charged for additional delivery costs.
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies. Eligible cases include damaged, defective, or incorrect items. All refunds are processed as per the terms defined in our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for providing accurate order details including address, phone number, and email. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
IBNEJAN™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of data, income, or usage. Minor variations in color, design, or appearance may occur due to screen differences and are not considered defects.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
