We deliver across Pakistan through reliable courier services. Standard delivery time is 3-7 working days after order confirmation, depending on location.
24-hour express delivery is available in Karachi only. This service is request-based and subject to approval. Customers must contact us via WhatsApp or email with order details before placing the order. Approved orders are processed on priority.
COD is available only on request and after approval via WhatsApp or email.
Payment structure: Customer pays PKR 500 advance (non-refundable courier handling charges) at confirmation. Remaining order amount is paid at delivery.
Important: If the order is not received or delivery is refused, the advance is non-refundable as courier costs are already incurred.
Delivery is Free for orders above PKR 5,000. For orders below this amount, charges vary based on order value and location and are shown at checkout.
Refund policy for returns: Product price is fully refunded. However, delivery charges and return courier charges are non-refundable — only the product amount is returned to you.
