Returns, Exchange & Cancellation

Eligibility Criteria

• Items received in a damaged, defective, stained, or incomplete condition are eligible for return or exchange.
• Incorrect size, design, or product delivered compared to the original order qualifies for request.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Slightly opened packaging for inspection is acceptable.
• Customer dissatisfaction requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval is subject to verification, and shipping costs for both delivery and return are borne by the customer.

Compliance & Important Information

• Customized, made-to-measure, or altered products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
• Unsealed or tampered packaging must be reported immediately upon receipt within 24 hours.
• Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit; responsibility remains with the customer until received by our warehouse.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
• If already shipped, cancellation is not possible and the standard return policy will apply. Delivery charges (including free delivery costs on orders above PKR 5,000) will be deducted from the refund if cancelled after shipping.

Return or Exchange Procedure

Please include your order number, product details, and a clear reason for your request when contacting support.

Customers must contact our support team via email or WhatsApp before sending any item. Once approved, return instructions and address details will be provided. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
