All return and exchange requests are assessed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved exchanges are shipped within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items received in a damaged, defective, stained, or incomplete condition are eligible for return or exchange.
- Incorrect size, design, or product delivered compared to the original order qualifies for request.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Slightly opened packaging for inspection is acceptable.
- Customer dissatisfaction requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval is subject to verification, and shipping costs for both delivery and return are borne by the customer.
Compliance & Important Information
- Customized, made-to-measure, or altered products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
- Unsealed or tampered packaging must be reported immediately upon receipt within 24 hours.
- Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit; responsibility remains with the customer until received by our warehouse.
