Return & Exchange Policy

Conditions for Exchange or Return

• Product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
• Product does not match the item or size ordered.
• Product is unused, unwashed, and in original undamaged packaging. (Carefully opened packaging is acceptable.)
• If the customer is not satisfied with the product (even if there's no fault), they may request an Exchange or Return by contacting us. Approval is at our discretion. Shipping costs for delivery and return will be borne by the customer.

Important Notes

• Customized or altered (make-to-measure) items cannot be exchanged or returned.
• If you receive a damaged product, send clear images/videos showing the issue within 24 hours of receipt.
• If you receive an opened/unsealed package, report it immediately within 24 hours of receipt.

How to Apply for Exchange or Return

Include: Order number, product details, and reason for Exchange or Return.

Please contact us first via email or phone. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address. It is the customer's responsibility to deliver the product safely to the provided address.
