By using our website or placing an order with IbneJan Dresses, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Order Placement

Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes, displayed at checkout. We accept credit and debit card payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available upon request and approval. Payment must be completed before order processing.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan within 3-7 working days, depending on your location. Delivery is free for orders above PKR 4,000; otherwise, delivery costs apply as shown at checkout. Delivery costs are non-refunded.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items, with a full refund of the product amount (excluding delivery costs) if the issue is our error. For other reasons, a 70-90% refund may be issued at our discretion, subject to our Refund Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order details (e.g., address, contact information). IbneJan Dresses is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.

Limitations of Liability

IbneJan Dresses is not liable for any indirect damages, including loss of use or data, arising from your use of our website or products. We strive to ensure product accuracy but are not responsible for minor variations in color or design due to screen display differences.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
