All refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items received in a damaged, defective, stained, or incomplete condition are eligible for refund.
- Incorrect or mismatched item delivered due to our error qualifies for a 100% refund of the product amount, excluding delivery charges.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Slightly opened packaging for inspection is acceptable.
- If the customer is not satisfied with the product, a refund request may be submitted. Approval is subject to inspection, and only the product amount will be refunded, excluding delivery charges.
Compliance & Important Information
- Customized, made-to-measure, or altered products are strictly non-refundable.
- Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
- Unsealed or tampered packaging must be reported immediately upon receipt within 24 hours.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases unless the issue is due to our error (wrong or mismatched item).
