Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed and approved within 7 working days from receipt of the returned product. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Conditions for Refund

  • Product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
  • Product does not match the ordered item due to our error. In such cases, a full refund of the product amount will be issued, excluding delivery and return shipping costs.
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original undamaged packaging. (Carefully opened packaging is acceptable.)
  • If the customer is not satisfied with the product for reasons not due to our error, a refund may be requested by contacting us. Approval is at our discretion, and 70-90% of the product amount will be refunded.

Important Notes

  • Customized or altered (make-to-measure) items are non-refunded.
  • For damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete products, send clear images/videos of the issue within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Report opened/unsealed packages within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Shipping costs (delivery and return) are non-refunded in all cases, including international customs or duties if applicable.

How to Apply for a Refund

Include: Order number, product details, and reason for refund.

Contact us first via email or phone. Upon approval, we will provide the return address. The customer is responsible for safely delivering the product to the provided address.
